Sample Pickup Request

Request environmental sample pickup services for water, wastewater, soil, sediment, PFAS, vapor intrusion, microbiology, aquatic toxicity, hazardous waste, and specialty analytical testing projects. MAI provides responsive sample pickup scheduling and courier support throughout California for environmental consultants, municipalities, industrial facilities, and regulatory monitoring programs.

Our laboratory staff will coordinate pickup timing, sample handling requirements, bottle orders, and project-specific scheduling needs to help ensure proper sample preservation and timely laboratory receipt.

Pickup Request Information

  • Container requests received by 5:00 PM Monday through Friday are generally available for next business day pickup.
  • Large or specialty bottle orders may require additional preparation time.
  • Recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual container request schedules are available.
  • If requesting containers associated with an existing quote or project, please include the quote number and the number of bottle sets requested.
